Shouz announced best fashion retailer for the third year in a row!

For the third year in a row, Shouz has been announced the Best Fashion Retailer of 2021 at the Eastside Business Awards. The prestigious awards, in their fourth year, are growing in popularity, with 9584 votes being cast by the public for 311 different businesses this year. 

We’re honoured, humbled and grateful to our customers and community for your trust in us. It’s wonderful to see our team’s efforts rewarded, and in particular the hard work of mother-daughter duo extraordinaire Annette and Kate, who pour their heart and soul into this business.

Annette worked to set up shop at the age of 23, during a time when women were not particularly welcomed in business spheres. Nevertheless, thanks to her tenacity, drive, and dedication to providing her customers with an unmatched shopping experience, Shouz has grown over a period of 40+ years. With Kate’s support, they continue to push the boundaries of the retail experience.

Annette and Kate personally select each style on offer at Shouz, thinking of their range of customers and ensuring that there is something to suit everybody’s tastes and needs. This hard-working pair also go above and beyond to ensure that special requests are catered to whenever possible. But just as important as the actual product is the customer service experience to us, which remains a cornerstone of our business. 

We are especially grateful for this award as it comes after what has been a nightmarish year for most people. It’s no secret that 2020 was a tough one for small businesses. We couldn’t have made it through without the ongoing support of our wonderful customers who made the choice to shop with us and support local.
