Seasonal Sales Associates – Casual

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Seasonal Sales Associates to join our teams during our busy November and December trading period.

Positions Available

  • Garda – 1 position
  • Shouz Burnside Village – 2 positions
  • Shouz Norwood – 1 position

About You

  • Must have full availability throughout November and December, including Thursday nights, weekends and peak trading periods
  • Previous retail experience is highly regarded
  • Confident providing outstanding customer service
  • Friendly, reliable and approachable
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Duties Include

  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Assisting customers with product selection, fit and styling
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Merchandising and maintaining store presentation
  • Stock unpacking and replenishment
  • General stock handling
  • Supporting the wider store team during busy trading periods
  • Packing online orders where required
  • General store and administrative duties
