Customisable Balance: Add amounts between $10 and $250 to create a gift card balance ranging from $10 to $1000.

Convenient Delivery: All Shouz Gift Cards are electronic and will be emailed directly to you.

Treat as Cash: Shouz Gift Cards cannot be refunded, or replaced if lost or stolen or exchanged for cash.

Balance Management: Remaining balances can be used for future purchases, either online or at any Shouz store. No change will be given for unused balances.

Payment Flexibility: If your order exceeds the gift card amount, the difference can be paid using another method.

Expiry: Shouz Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Balances remaining after the expiry date will no longer be available.

Additional Information: Once fully redeemed, gift cards cannot be reactivated.
