Shipping & Delivery

Processing and Dispatch Times
We aim to process, pack, and dispatch your order on the same day, provided your order is placed before 12 pm ACST.

  • Australian Metropolitan Areas: Orders are typically delivered within 4 business days following dispatch.
  • Rural Locations, Northern Territory, Western Australia or Tasmania: Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
  • New Zealand Orders: Delivery can take up to 14 business days.

 

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all Australian orders over $100.
  • Express Shipping: Available for a nominal fee of $10 for orders over $100 and $15 for orders under $100.
  • International Shipping to New Zealand: A flat fee of $20 applies for all orders.
  • Courier Service: We generally use Australia Post, StarTrack, or Couriers Please to deliver your order. The cheapest option is selected based on your delivery location. For Express Post, we use Australia Post or StarTrack. If you specifically prefer one of these providers to be used, please leave a note in your cart before reaching checkout.

 

Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you'd like to authorise the courier to leave your order at your delivery address without a signature, please add a note in your cart requesting Authority to Leave, before reaching checkout. If no note is provided, ATL will not be selected, and a signature will be required upon delivery.

 

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful:

  • Australia Post: Your parcel will be held at your nearest post office for up to 10 business days. You will receive a notification with collection details.
  • StarTrack: Parcels will be held at their depot or collection point for 10 business days. You can arrange redelivery through their Redelivery Service – click here.
  • Couriers Please: Parcels will be held at their depot or collection point for 7 days. You can organize redelivery through their Redelivery Service – click here.

If the parcel is not collected or redelivery is not arranged within these timeframes, it will be returned to sender. To have your parcel shipped back to you, a fee of $15 will apply.

 

Track Your Order
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email followed by another email from Starshipit with tracking details. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam, promotions, or social folders. If you still can’t find them, feel free to reach out to customer care at hello@shouz.com.au.

 

Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver your order on time, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High-demand periods (e.g., sales, holidays)
  • Customs processing for international orders

We will aim to keep you informed of any significant delays.

 

Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@shouz.com.au. We will assist in resolving the issue by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

 

Click & Collect
We offer free Click & Collect at one of our stores. Here’s how it works:

  1. Select your product online.
  2. Choose the Click & Collect option at checkout.
  3. Pick your preferred store for collection.
  4. Place your order.
  5. You’ll receive an email notification within 10 business hours once your order is ready for collection.

If we are unable to fulfill your Click & Collect order, we’ll notify you via email and issue a refund.

Please collect your order within 30 days, or it will be voided, and a refund will be processed.

 

Pre-Order Shipping Details
For pre-order items, the expected arrival date is an estimate and may change due to factors outside of Shouz's control. Here are the important details regarding pre-order shipping:

  • You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order.
  • Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, and we will notify you via email once they are on their way.
  • If your order includes both a pre-order item and other items, they will be shipped separately under different tracking numbers. No additional shipping charges will apply for split orders.
  • Click & Collect for pre-order items will only be available once we have received the stock.
  • For any cancellations, please contact us directly.
